Shipping and Returns
All purchases online are for delivery only.
Delivery within Canberra, Queanbeyan, Orange, Batemans Bay and Ulladulla is free.
All shipping for purchases over $250 is free.
If there is a delivery charge it will be displayed at checkout, before you complete your order and will be charged to your credit card upon submitting your order. The delivery charge will be based on postcode if it is outside our free delivery area.
We suggest that you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be present during business to sign for the delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, our delivery staff or couriers are authorised to leave the goods in a secure place at that address. If this is not possible details will be left so that you can arrange another time for delivery. We are unable to deliver orders to post office or postal lockers.
Online shopping is only available to customers within Australia.
All goods can
be returned to any Project Lighting store if you change your mind on your
purchase as long as they haven’t been installed within 30 days of the date of
purchase. Proof of purchase will be required for returns of goods as well as
original packaging. Refunds will be to the credit card used for the purchase.
If the goods purchased are faulty they can be returned to the store or you can call contact 02 6281 2527 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
to arrange a return or replacement.
